Return & Store Credit Policy

HM Apparels
Effective Date: February 25, 2026

At HM Apparels, we carefully curate every piece with quality and care. To maintain fairness and sustainability in our operations, we offer store credit only for eligible returns.

We do not provide cash refunds.

1. Return Window

Return requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.

Requests made beyond this period will not be accepted.

2. Eligibility for Return

To qualify for store credit, items must:

  • Be unworn, unused, and unwashed
  • Have all original tags attached
  • Be free from stains, odors (perfume/deodorant), or damage
  • Be returned in original packaging
  • Include proof of purchase (order number or invoice)

HM Apparels reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and clearance purposes, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Innerwear and undergarments
  • Swimwear
  • Accessories (earrings, hair accessories, etc.)
  • Sale, discounted, or promotional items
  • Gift cards
  • Customized or personalized items

4. Store Credit Policy

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved returns will be issued as store credit only
  • Store credit will be sent via email as a voucher code
  • Store credit is valid for 90 days from the date of issue
  • Store credit cannot be converted to cash or transferred
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by sending:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

If verified, we will offer:

  • A replacement (subject to availability), or
  • Full store credit including shipping fees

6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a trackable courier service
  • HM Apparels is not responsible for lost return shipments
